Psalms Chapter 60

Psalm 60:1 God, you have forgotten us, and you have driven us out because you were angry with us. Now restore us to your favor.

Psalm 60:2 You have shaken our land and split it open. Seal the cracks, for the land trembles.

Psalm 60:3 You have given your people many troubles. You gave us a cup of wine to drink that made us drunk.

Psalms 60:4 You have set up a banner for those who fear God.  A banner that may be displayed because of the truth. Paulse and think.

Psalms 60:5 Save us and help us with your right hand, that those you love may be delivered.

Psalms 60:6 God has spoken from his sanctuary: In triumph I will divide the land of Shechem and I will give them Succoth Valley.

Psalms 60:7 Gilead and Manasseh will be mine. Ephraim will be my helmet Judah will be my lawgiver.

Psalms 60:8 The land of Moab is like a bowl where I wash my feet, and the land of Edom is the place where I throw down my shoes. Philistia, shout in triumph because of Me.

Psalms 60:9 Who will bring me to the city with strong walls?  Who will lead me to Edom?

Psalms 60:10 O God, You have pushed us away. O God You don’t go with our soldiers when we go to war.

Psalms 60:11 Help us defeat the enemy! No one on earth can rescue us.

Psalms 60:12 But if God is with us, then we will be strong. He will defeat and trample our enemies.
