Psalms 50:1 The mighty God, the Lord God, who speaks. God calls all the people on earth. God calls them from where the sun comes up to where it goes down.
Psalms 50:2 From Zion, perfect in beauty, God shines forth.
Psalms 50:3 Our God is coming and will not keep quiet. Fire burns in front of him. There is a great storm around him.
Psalms 50:4 God calls the heaven above and the earth to be witnesses when God judges his people
Psalms 50:5 God says: Come here, all of you who believe in Me, all those who sacrificed offerings when they made a covenant with Me.
Psalms 50:6 God is the Judge and everyone in heaven says that He is right and fair. Paulse and think
Psalms 50:7 God says, My people, listen to me! People of Israel, God will show my evidence against you. I am God, your God.
Psalms 50:8 The problem God has with you is not your sacrifices or the burnt offerings you bring to me everyday.
Psalms 50:9 Why would God want more bulls from your barns or goats from your pens?
Psalms 50:10 I, God, already own all the animals in the forest. I own all the animals on a thousand hills.
Psalms 50:11 God know every bird in the mountains. Everything that moves in the fields is mine.
Psalms 50:12 If God was hungry, God would not ask you for food. God already own the world and everything in it.
Psalms 50:13 Does God eat the meat of bulls? Do God drink the blood of goats?
Psalms 50:14 Give God thank for everything, and if you have promised to give something to the Highest God, then you must do it.
Psalms 50:15 God says, pray to me when trouble comes. God will help you, and you will glorify my name.
Psalms 50:16 But to the sinful people God said: What right have you to talk about My law or to take My promise on your lips?
Psalms 50:17 You hate for someone to tell you what to do. and you ignore what I say
Psalms 50:18 You are friends with every thief that you see and when you see someone who commits adultery, you go with him and do the same.
Psalms 50:19 You always want to say something bad, and you continue to tell lies.
Psalms 50:20 You sit around talking about people, you also find fault with your own brothers.
Psalms 50:21 I have kept quiet while you have done all these things, so you thought I was just like you. But I will not be quiet any longer. I will correct you and tell you what you are doing wrong.
Psalms 50:22 You who have forgotten God. Understand what I am telling you, or I will attack you like a lion, and no one will be able to save you.
Psalms 50:23 He who offers a sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving honors God; And to him who follows the way that I show him, I shall show the salvation of God.
