Psalms 87

1The Lord has built Zion on his holy mountain.

2The Lord loves Zion and its gates more than the other places in the land of Israel.

3Wonderful things are said about you, City of God. Paulse and Think

4God says, Some of my people live in Egypt and Babylon. Some of them were born in Philistia, Tyre, and even Ethiopia.

5And they will say this about Zion: People from all the nations were born here, and the Most High God will make this city strong.

6The Lord keeps a list of all his people, and he knows where each of them was born. Paulse and Think

7At the festivals, people will dance and sing, All good things come from Zion.
